Wicked Animandum

First person shooters are often considered an immortal game genre, mainly for its simple core that is applicable to a practically unlimited number of concepts. It retains its relevancy by regularly absorbing current trends and reimagining itself.

Wicked Animandum aims to do just that. Latching onto ideas yet untranslated into the FPS sphere of games, this fast-paced action game offers diverse methods of play, linear yet modular player progression through the acquisition of characters and completing levels, and an inspired charm. Step into the virtual world of the Datascape and play as an Animandum – AIs that have awakened to self-awareness – to embark on a digital journey plagued by evil corporate forces and existential crises, but also abundant in interesting characters and self-discovery.

• Acquire unique characters with diverse playstyles and unique personalities, switch between them in direct combat
• Build a team of three characters and traverse levels, overcome challenges, and create your own solutions
• Mix and match characters for the right challenge, or get to know them on a deeper level
• Experience a story in Visual Novel format, complete with dialogue choices and branching paths
• Play alone, or with friends (not yet implemented)

Wicked Animandum is in active development, and its current state is not indicative of the final product.
